When we secure your aircraft charter, we are working to negotiate both an attractive rate and terms that work around your business model. For some of our partners this has meant securing an aircraft without a deposit, or the ability to withdraw without financial penalty up to one year before departure.

Your upfront costs are our fees and your time, but we can structure our services around both of those to give you the confidence to promote this new journey.

We will support your tour managers before and during the tour in some of the unique requirements in managing a journey of this style, likewise we also have our own team of tour managers experienced in the intricacies of private jet touring.

We will always recommend our own Logistics Directors to accompany your private jet tours. It’s how we can ensure that we deliver an seamless travel experience, and deliver on our promises on the ground and in the air.

Rest assured we will be with you throughout, that is one of the things that makes us different. Our Logistics Directors will accompany your private jet tour, and along with our mutual teams on the ground, make sure everything goes to plan. Our role is to ensure the travel experience – particularly at airports – is seamless.

For longer itineraries such as our Escorted Journeys by Air, our partners have greatest success when they confirm services early to allow themselves maximum time to promote to their guests.

We can always support our partners on shorter lead times, particularly for group charters such as incentives or family groups, where the group is already committed, and on shorter experiences, such as our popular Connoisseur by Air programme.

We recommend eight weeks from itinerary design through to contracting.
